In the case of a refund, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your item. We will accept refunds if the product was made incorrectly and the refund will be issued after product is returned. There are no refunds in the case of a lost or damaged packages but we will do everything we can to help find it. Contact us if you would like your order to have shipping insurance.
In the case of an exchange, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your item. We will accept exchanges if the wrong product was sent or if it was made incorrectly.
Due to the handmade nature of our items, processing time is 2-3 weeks. If you need it rushed please contact us! We ship through USPS and it takes 3-5 business days for packages under a pound and priority 2business days for packages over a pound.
